Norman “Moe” Dunn, 85, Anderson, died April 3, 2012 at St. Johns Health System. He was born September 1, 1926 in Anderson, and was a lifelong resident.
He served his country with the United States Navy and was a fireman for 20 years with the Anderson Fire Dept. He was a member of I.F.A., served as past president of the union and was Captain at Station 4 and Station 8.
Survivors include his wife, Peggy Davidson Dunn; sons, Mike Dunn Tina & David Dunn; daughters, Cathy Jones Rob & Kay Bolin; twelve grandchildren, Jason Dunn, Kyle Dunn, Todd Rankin, Brian Jones, Chrissy Surber, Wendy Sample, Matthew Dunn, Sarah McCune, Jonathon Dunn, Erika Andrews, Michael Jennings & James Jennings; fifteen great grandchildren; several nieces & nephews; and best friend & cousin, Darrell Bailey.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert & Viola Bailey Dunn and sister & brother-in-law, Pat & Harold Leever.
