TORRINGTON –BOUCHEZ – Norman Bouchez, passed away Friday, September 30, 2016. He was the loving husband of the late Jean (Yorker) Bouchez for 50 years. Born May 3, 1932 in Winsted; the son of the late Charles and Eureka Bouchez. Norman was the Superintendent of the Street and Highway Department for the Town of Winchester. He loved his family, taking walks and talking to people he didn’t know. He also loved collecting. He is survived by a son, Scott Bouchez and his wife Gina of Torrington; grandchildren, Tiffany, Joshua and his wife Brianna, Jason and Brandi. He was predeceased by a son, Norman T. Bouchez, Jr., and a daughter, Deborah Bouchez.
