Norman A. Brown, age 73, Huntington, IN, died at 8:15 a.m. peacefully at his home on Saturday, November 20, 2010. He was born March 6, 1937 in Wapakoneta, Ohio to Norman L. and Virginia K. Klipfel Brown.
His parents preceded him in death. Mr. Brown married Sue Ann Ramey on August 8, 1960. She preceded him in death on June 12, 1984. Mr. Brown was a 1955 graduate of Huntington North High School. Mr. Brown was a teacher in the Huntington County School Corporation from 1960-1967.
He was a pharmaceutical salesman and owner of the Dan Dee Shop and owner/operator of Z Place Pizza prior to his retirement in 2001. Survivors include: two daughters: Theresa Ann (Aaron Dee II) Hinesley, Huntington, IN and Taralee (Gregg) Stark, Carmel, IN.; one brother: Thomas L. (Phyllis) Brown, Marblehead, OH. and one sister: Barbara L. Bilyew, Huntington, IN.; six grandchildren: Anndee Hinesley, Aidan Hinesley, Alec Hinesley, Alexa Stark, Cole Stark and Jack Stark. His three companions were his dogs Mugsy and Maggie and cat Buster.
