Norma Valora Russell, 95, of Idaho Falls, passed away March 1, 2018, at her daughter’s home. She was under the care of her loving family and Hands of Hope Hospice.

Norma was born August 26, 1922, in St. Anthony, Idaho, to Ellis Killpack and Hazel Peterson Killpack. She grew up and attended elementary school in Osgood and graduated from Ammon High School.

On June 20, 1940, she married Kenneth Wesley Russell in Pocatello, Idaho. Their marriage was solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple on July 11, 1964. To this union were born one son, DeLynn and three daughters, DeAnn, Loretta and Cindy. Norma and Kenneth made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where Norma worked in potato processing and as a pharmacy tech at Rite Aid Drug until her retirement in 1997. Kenneth passed away on September 3, 1989. After her retirement she enjoyed volunteering for the next 14 years at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
