Norma L. Myers, age 83, of Boerne, passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2006. Born in Okmulgee, Ok, on July 30, 1923, she was the daughter of Hugh and Norma Moss Ulery. She was a beloved member of the First United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Col. Victor R. Myers in 1996, Norma is survived by daughters, Jo Delle Schmidt and her husband, Allan and Vicki Bartlett and her husband, John, all of Fair Oaks Ranch; grandchildren, Kirsten Young and her husband, Charlie of Fairfax, Virginia, Dr. Kim Mulligan and her husband, Tom of Tucson, Arizona, and Tally Barber and her husband, Travis of Boerne; great-grandchildren, Kelsey Young, Brett Young, Kaley Mulligan, Elise Mulligan, Luke Mulligan, and Madeline Barber.
