Norma Jean Rogers, 80, of Anderson, passed away on December 5, 2012 at the Saint John’s Health System Anderson, IN. She was born on May 5, 1932 in Dunkirk, Indiana and resided most of her life in Anderson.
She retired as a bus driver for Center for Mental Health. She was a member of Living Word Church of God and Red Hat Society.
Norma is survived by children, Harry Rogers, Terry Tina Rogers, Brenda Banta Virgle Patterson, Darryl Angie Rogers, David Lois Rogers, Ann Robert Moreland, Melinda Don Rester; grandchildren, Chad, TJ Ange, Sammy, Johnny, Aaron Kayla, Jeamiah, Tabitha, Willie, Brian, Jasmine BJ, Ashley, Dustin, Trusnie, Kristina, Zackery, Michael, David, Dillian, Damika, Britney, Steven, Tommy, Levi, Jason, Sierra, Victoria, Leanna, Aleigha, Austin, Reed, Hunter, JT, Porter, Taylor, Tyler, Logan, Kaleb, Jeamiah Jr., Maddie, Jenna , Ansley, Lyla, and Arriana. Siblings, Marlene Claborne, Marilyn Patterson and half-brother, Danny Hancock and stepbrother, Rick Tharp and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Harry Rogers and parents, Hap Hancock and Naomi Bolin Hancock.
