Norma died Monday, January 26, 2015 at Community Pride Care Center in Battle Creek.
Norma was born October 23, 1932 to Ernest and Myrna (Christensen) Christensen, at St. Edward, NE. She lived in Monroe as a child and grew up in Columbus. She was confirmed March 30, 1947 at united Evangelical Lutheran Church in Columbus. Norma attended Columbus Public Schools.
Norma married Glen Henrickson on March 30, 1952 in Columbus. They moved to Norfolk following their marriage and made their home there. Norma raised their four children and was a homemaker. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary and the Ladies Circle at St. Johns Lutheran Church, Norfolk.
Norma is survived by 3 children, Jim and Pam Henrickson of Battle Creek, Elaine and Rick Finkhaus of Norfolk, Daniel and Kim Henrickson of Salem, Oregon, 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 4 brothers, Kendell, Lyle, Robert Lee and Donald Henrickson, and 2 sisters, Lois Maly and JoAnn Landenberger.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her Husband Glen on December 23, 2001, a son Ronald in 2007, 1 brother and 2 sisters.
