Norma, daughter of Joseph Allegri and Ines Perteghella Allegri, was born August 2,1928 in Bridgeport Ct., went peacefully to join her family on August 18,2021. She graduated from Central High School(1947), New Haven State Teachers College with a Bachelor of Science degree(1951 and Danbury State Teachers College(1970) with a Masters in Education degree. Norma taught 4th and 5th grade at the elementary schools in Stratford for 32 years. Because of her love of languages, Norma studied Italian with Mary Colonese and Spanish with Mr. Zilli . In her senior years with her brother Dino, Norma wintered in Florida and was on the golf course most sunny days.
