Norm Ege II, of Greenwood, went home with our Lord and Savior on September 12, 2018.
He was born to the late Rose Browning and Norm Ege I on July 6, 1946 in Indianapolis.
He married his beautiful and loving wife, Donna K Ege (Robinson) on February 4, 1966. They spent 52 wonderful years together as husband and wife. Together, they were blessed with 3 children – Dawn Johnson, Kim Ege and Norman (Edie) Ege; 9 grandchildren – Tiffany Harrison, Amber Johnson, Mike Johnson, Brandon Ege, Breanna Ege, Camry Ege, Zachary Ege, Jessalyn Ege and Raelynn Ege; 2 great-grandchildren – Alexis Johnson and La’Nya Harrison and 2 fur buddies – Rowdy and Dash.
Norm was an honest man, held nothing back, and enjoyed the simple pleasures of life.
Norm loved riding motorcycles, working on cars, watching anything with wheels, and lending a hand to whomever needed his help. If you were “good people” (as he put it), there was nothing he wouldn’t do for you. He enjoyed a good laugh and loved his family and friends beyond measure.
Norm passed peacefully, surrounded by loved ones. Although his earthly body will no longer be with us he will forever live on in our hearts and memories. He was definitely one of a kind and will be truly missed by all who was lucky enough to have known him.
