Noritta E. Foster, 73, formerly of Muncie, passed away at Hospice of Butler in Franklin, Ohio following a short illness. She was born on July 6, 1940 to the late James and Geraldine Hoppes Barnard.
She was a graduate of Cowan High School and was a hairdresser for many years.
She is survived by her daughter, Jama Richman (husband: Jan), Daleville; son, Kent Foster, Springboro, Ohio. She is also survived by her three grandchildren, Jeremy Richman (wife: Erin), Brandon Foster and Jennifer Foster; three great-grandchildren, Chloe, Alyssa and Will.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Foster, sister, Phyllis Barnard and brother, James Barnard.
