Nora Oreen Woodward, age 89 of Monroe, passed away October 11, 2022 in the home of her daughter.
Born in Carleton, Nora was the daughter of William and Lillian (Allen) Bondie. She married the love of her life, Dewey Woodward, on December 12, 1949. Sadly he preceded her in death November 17, 2012. A dedicated homemaker, Nora enjoyed attending estate sales with her husband and restoring and collecting antiques. She also enjoyed designing and making and collecting vintage jewelry.
Nora leaves to cherish her memory her children: Jeffrey (Valda) Woodward and Denise Monday; grandchildren: Jennifer (Joe) Carte, Joel Monday, Nigel Woodward, Chris Connell and Robbie Connell. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 6 siblings: Bill Bondie, Bob Bondie, Ord Bondie, Betty Lewen, Dolores Andrews and Antoinette Harteis.
