LAKELAND – Nora Eileen Browne, 91, passed away Friday, June 13, 2014, as a result of complications from a stroke.
Nora was born June 11, 1923 in New York, NY. She grew up in Manhattan. Nora and her late husband, Kevin, made their home in Bergenfield, NJ and Pt.
Nora was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 63 years, Kevin Browne, Sr. and her brother, John Buckley. She is survived by her children Thomas Browne, Roseann McCarthy and her husband, Dennis, Kevin Browne, Jr. and his wife, Maureen, and Noreen McGowan; sisters, Helena Bobnar and Kathleen Crum; 11 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
