Nolan James Watters was born on December 17, 1988 in Clayton, New Mexico to Rocky Watters and Kathleen (Byers) Watters. He attended school in Clayton and later attended New Mexico State University and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology. For the last three years he has lived in San Diego where he was working as a physical therapist assistant. Nolan was preceded in death by his sister; Shaney Erin Watters on May 12, 1992 and his grandparents; William “Bill” and Dorothy Watters and Jay and Pat Byers.
