Nola Rae Wolfe, 80 of Tunnelton, WV, passed away Monday, September 09, 2013 at Heartland of Preston County with family by her side. She was born December 18, 1932 in Tunnelton, daughter of the late Peter Sylva Sr. and Lena Marie Simmons Sylva. Nola graduated from Tunnelton High School in 1951. She was Catholic by Faith and attended Saint Sebastian Catholic Church. She was a homemaker, a very loving person and was a true angel on earth. Nola loved crocheting and was a great cook. She is survived by her loving husband of sixty-two years, Junior Gay Wolfe whom she married on May 25, 1951, one daughter, Sharon Marie Wolfe of Kingwood, one son, Michael J Wolfe and companion, Wanda Moury of Moatsville; three grandchildren, Cher Lindquist and husband Edward, Morgantown, Christopher Smith and wife Courtney, Austintown, OH, Ryan C Thorn, Glenville; two great-granddaughter; one sister, Betty Delores Grimm, Cincinnati, OH; and several nieces and nephews; In addition to her parents, Nola was preceded in death by one brother, Peter Sylva Jr., one sister, Mary Liston.
