Noel Sinclair Smith, 63 of Cromwell, beloved husband, best friend and soulmate of Christina A. (Bogue) Smith, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at his home unexpectedly. Born in Middletown, he was the son of late Arthur W. and Anita M. (Dodge) Smith formerly of Cromwell and Friendship, ME. Noel grew up in Cromwell where he met his wife in elementary school and were best friends since 1969 and were always there for each other in every aspect of their life together. Noel was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving his country with pride, in Kansas, Shemya an Island off of Alaska and North Dakota before returning to his hometown of Cromwell.
