Noe’ was born on August 26, 1954 in Port-au-Prince, Haiti to the parentage of the late Innocent and Esthelina Petit Compere.
Noe’ completed his studies at the Trinity technical School in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. He graduated as a printer technician (technicien imprimé).
He leaves behind one son Mike Petit-Compere, 3 sisters and 2 brothers and many nieces and nephews that he loves dearly.
On January 2, 2022, Noe’ was called home to be with the Lord.
