Noble Pritchett of Wingate died at 10:13a.m. Saturday at St. Clare Medical Center. He was 87.
He was born in North Vernon to James Tilton Pritchett and Delia Mae (Clark)Pritchett. In 1938, he married Betty Jean Coombs.
She survives. He had been a plumber and steam fitter. He served in the National Guard and wasa member of the Moose, Eagles, VFW and American Legion. Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Larry G. Pritchett, of Whitesville; threedaughters, Elizabeth Jo (Rex) Fultz and Debra Ray Risnerof Crawfordsville and Nettie Marie Hare of Columbus; 13grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; three step-greatgrandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and fourstep-great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Lou Hutchison Claycomb.
