Nicole E. “Nikki” Rankin, 46, of Greenwood, IN, passed away at 1:30 pm on Saturday, May 22, 2021, at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, IN, due to complications of Crohn’s Disease. She was born on November 13, 1974, in Peoria, IL, to Victoria L. (Kennedy) Kennel.
Surviving are her mother, Vicki (Mike) Kennel of Metamora; step-sister, Lindsay (Audrey) Kennel of Secor, IL; grandfather, Gene Kennedy of Metamora; aunt, Val (Tom) Kennedy Ewan of Old Hickory, TN; and several nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Marilyn Kennedy and uncle Chris Kennedy.
Nikki graduated from Metamora Township High School and Greenville College.
