Nicolas V. Martinez, 66, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully in his home, surrounded by the love of his family, on Monday, April 13, 2020. He was the loving husband of Jeanette (Torres) Martinez, with whom he shared over 45 years together.
Born in Humacao, Puerto Rico, Nicolas was the son of the late Erasmo and Hortencia (Vellon) Martinez. He was a truck driver for over 30 years for SMP Trucking in New Jersey, and then retired to work for Azar Grocery for several more years. He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Survivors: wife Jeanette; children Vikki Martinez of Bethlehem, Nicolas Martinez, Jr., of Slatington, Marla Parker-Martinez and her husband Brandon Parker of San Diego, CA, Jacob Martinez of Bethlehem; 5 grandchildren.
