WALLINGFORD – Nicholas G. Hallas Sr., 84, of Wallingford, passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2017, at the Masonicare Healthcare Center in Wallingford. He was the beloved husband of Maryann (Pugno) Hallas.
Nicholas was born in Branford on March 31, 1933 to the late Gus and Felicia (Lair) Hallas. He served honorably in the U.S. Army, and fought for his country during the Korean War.
