Nicasio is preceded in death by his daughter, Martha Rios Lira; parents; and brothers, Manuel and Juan Rios.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 68 years, Herlinda C. Rios; his children, Antonio (Lupita) Rios, Alma (Erasmo) Velasquez, Toni (Manuel) Bazan, Ana (Pablo) Loredo, Luis (Lorena) Rios, Socorro (Joe) Aguilar, Olga (Eloy) Atkinson, Mary Rios (Danilo), and Carl (Rachel) Bridges; 37 grandchildren; 70 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
