Nevin Dechsi, 30, passed away on September 6, 2018. Nevin was born on January 27, 1988 in Baltimore. He was preceded in death by his father, Chud Dechsi. Nevin is survived by his mother, Laied Dechsi and his brother, Chakrit Dechsi. Nevin was a 3rd Degree Black Belt and a Karate Instructor. He was also a former Yo-Yo World Champion. He will be deeply missed.
