Nellie Sue Wilson, 65
Nellie “Susie” Sue Wilson passed away on September 10, 2021. She was born June 11, 1956, in Knoxville, Tennessee to Joe and Viola Perry. She was a resident of Glades County for 49 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and most of all her grandchildren. Her greatest joy in life was her children and grandchildren. She loved to make everyone laugh and had the biggest heart you had ever seen, truly a heart of gold. She loved wildflowers and black-eyed Susan’s loved to cook for her family, go to the races, and go to the antique car shows.
She loved all the joys of the simple things in life. Her favorite times were holidays with her family and never missed anything from birthdays to family dinners and everything in between. Her smile could light up the world and her loving presence with her warm gentle hugs could calm any storm. “You are the wind beneath my wings.”
To know her was to love her! She will forever be deeply loved and missed.
“I will cling to the Old Rugged Cross.”
