Nellie Estelle Beckwith Johnson, departed this life peacefully on Monday, January 2, 2012. Devoted wife to the late James Alexander Johnson for more than 50 years and affectionately called Momma Stelle. She is survived by two daughters Idella Marie McMillian and Mary Louise Hoes; one sister-in-law, Mrs. Cubie Brown; one aunt, Mrs. Gertrude Taylor; ten grandchildren; thirty-three great-grandchildren; fifty-three great great-grandchildren; eight great, great, great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
