Nellie B. Davis, 86, of Ingalls, passed away Monday, January 12, 2015, at Hancock Memorial Hospital in Greenfield.
She was born December 2, 1928, in Shelby, Ohio to the late Isaac and Ella Mae (Wallace) Jones.
Nellie was a self-employed seamstress and homemaker. She enjoyed camping, fishing, sewing, country dancing, and spending time with her family.
Nellie is survived by her daughters, Debbie (Tommie) Wise of Lewisville and Rhonda Morton of Anderson; sons, Eddie (Donna) Davis of Greenfield, Kevin (Mike Moore) Davis of Indianapolis, and Kent (Tonya) Davis of Fortville; sister, Brenda (Don) Gibbs of Sheridan; nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her husband Wilfred E. Davis; sister Hilda Brown; and brothers Charles “Charky” and Freddie Jones.
