Nelda K. Morelock, age 66, of Green Forest went home to be with her heavenly Father on January 23, 2013. Her family was by her side when she entered eternal life. She was born December 11, 1946 in Millerton, OK to the late Arthur and Candace (Milligan) Taylor. On Oct 10, 1974 she was united in marriage with Bob Morelock. They moved from OK to Carroll County a number of years ago and settled in the Green Forest area. She was employed at Tyson’s in Green Forest and attended Green Forest Assembly Of God Church. Nelda loved decorating, gardening, shopping for bargains and being creative. She was a loving, compassionate wife, mother, sister and friend. She is survived by her husband, Bob Morelock of the home, sons, Joe Morelock of Green Forest, Lynn Gore of Ardmore, OK, daughters, Tracie Hayes of Springer, OK, Kristi Hulett of Ardmore, brothers, Phillip Taylor of Broken Bow, Bill Gilbert of Millerton, OK, sisters, Alice Ashcroft, Lonoke, AR, Aletha McDonald of New Caney, TX, Iva Lou Green of Colorado, Verna Bacorn of CA, 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Besides her parents she is also preceded in death by 4 brothers Hubert Taylor of Broken Bow, Roscoe Gilbert of Broken Bow, Kenneth Gilbert of Tulsa, Corlas Gilbert of Idabel, OK, sisters, Vinita Roux of Houston and Mary Taylor of Ardmore.
