Neils W. Heramb, Jr., 96 of Terre Haute, passed away at 6:05 PM on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 in his residence. He was born in Vigo County on February 14, 1919 to Neils W. Heramb, Sr. and Hallie Smith Heramb. Neils was a WW II Army Veteran, and also served in the local Army Reserve.
