Neil William Litchfield, 95, of Collegedale died Sunday, January 18, 2009 at his residence. A native of Pontiac, Michigan, Mr. Litchfield was retired Purchasing Manager for the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventist for over 25 years having resided during those years in the Washington, DC area. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Evelyn Litchfield in 1998 and his second wife, Sammy Howard Litchfield on Saturday, January 17, 2009. Survivors are his sons, L.W. (Litch) Litchfield, Collegedale and Bradley Litchfield, Washington, DC; daughter, Nancy Magi, Riverside, California; sister, Martha Glennie, Calhoun, Ga; five grandchildren, Corinne, Lara, Joy, Ryan and Adam; great-granddaughter, Katya; several nieces and nephews.
