Glenn “Neil” Spann, age 77, of Eton, Georgia passed away Monday, February 22, 2016. He was born on April 8, 1938. Neil was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Spann; and his parents, Joseph Ellison Spann, SR, and Ethel Spann. He is survived by his daughters, Tonya Stuard of Eton, and Sherrie Kelso of Chatsworth; brother, Joe Spann, JR and his wife Tinzie of Dalton; grandchildren, Tyler Kelso, Ashley Stuard, Danielle Kelso, and Nick Stuard; the mother of his children, Elaine Spann Kelly; a niece and nephew also survive.
