Waterbury – Neiber Israel Luzuriaga, age 13, of Waterbury, died Thursday July 16, 2015 at Yale New Haven Hospital as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Waterbury on July 1, 2015.
Neiber was born in New Haven on December 4, 2001 a son of Dolores D. Pallasco of Waterbury and Neiber A. Luzuriaga and is the stepson of Juan C. Calle of Waterbury.
In addition to his parents, Neiber is survived by two sisters: Michelle Luzuriaga and Emily Calle, both of Waterbury, three brothers: Kevin Luzuriaga, Juan C. Calle, Jr. and Christopher Calle, all of Waterbury and his Maternal Grandmother: Estella Jarmaillo of New Haven.
