Nathaniel Williams, 81, of Hellertown, passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at Saucon Valley Manor. Born in Palatka, Florida he was the son of the late Joshua and Fannie Mae (James) Blakely. Nathaniel was the beloved husband of Carrie (Edwards) Williams with whom he shared over 58 years of marriage. Nathaniel worked in the Plastic Industry for over 40 years, where he was Manager at Jesse & Ernie Enterprises, Hymont Industries and Montell Industries. He was always excited to take his children on many family adventures including vacations to Florida to visit family. Nathaniel enjoyed going out for dinner and going to movies with his loving wife Carrie. Carrie’s love for him will never die. Nathaniel loved a great conversation on current events, a day spent on the river fishing and a good football game. He was an avid New York Giants fan. Above all Nathaniel enjoyed spending precious moments with his beloved family.
Survivors: In addition to his wife, Carrie, Nathaniel will be lovingly remembered by his daughters, Carol Williams, Natalie Williams-Smith and husband Kenneth Smith and Valerie Edwards-Key and husband Tony Key; grandsons, Carl Williams, Tramaine Hargrove, Ezekiel Smith and Jason Smith; granddaughters, Samantha Hargrove and Ari Key; great grandchildren, Carter Williams, Alijah Williams, Jaylen Hargrove and Amaris Hargrove; brothers, Jack James and Ben James; sisters, Ella McFarland, Lillian Tucker, Florine Harris and Martha Miles and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Nathaniel is preceded in death by his brother, Willie James, Jr. and sister, Jannie Mae Scott.
