Natalie E Pemberton passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Monday, June 17, 2013.
She was born in Bermuda in Devonshire, Bermuda on December 21, 1935 to John and Velmira Moniz. Natalie lived her early years exploring the island of Bermuda with her 10 brothers and sisters. She later moved to Loris, South Carolina to start a family with her first husband William “Bill” Todd and they would have 5 children together. Her life as a military wife would bring her to Fort Walton Beach where she would later marry Emmett “Hub” Pemberton. Natalie was a devoted Mother whose love for her children and grandchildren and great grandchildren was immeasurable_ She loved to slip a $20 to them while no one was watching and say go get yourself a hamburger or see a movie or something Natalie loved gardening and cooking for her family and caring for her many pets over the years. She is preceded in death by her husbands and her son Billy Todd and daughter Tina Todd. She is survived by her daughter Sharon Holland (Tim) and sons Mark Todd and David Todd; grandchildren Damien Holland (Jodi), Tara Holland (Shaun), Alex Todd., Taylor Todd and Zoey Todd and great grandchildren Ryeli, Radeyn, Beau, Lard and Daniele. The family would like to thank everyone from Emerald Coast Hospice for their tremendous efforts to keep her comfortable in the latter days of her life..
