Natalie C. Serpentelli Palmer, 88 of Toms River, New Jersey, passed away on July 3, 2018.

Natalie was born December 30, 1929, in Newark, New Jersey to the late Daniel and Louise Serpentelli.

Natalie was a loving and caring person, a devoted wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, always putting others before herself. She was an avid reader and enjoyed daily crossword puzzles and playing Scrabble with family members. She was a past member of the Red Hat Society and enjoyed traveling throughout the United States with her travel club. Natalie will always be remembered as a loyal New York Giants fan! She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Natalie is predeceased by her parents and her husband, Eugene E. Palmer.

Natalie is survived by her daughters Linda J. Dalbo and her husband James of Toms River, Tina L. Palmer and her husband Louis Mangiavillano of Rumson and Lori A. DeRosa and her husband Michael of Toms River; her brother Honorable Eugene D. Serpentelli and his wife Barbara of Brick; her sister Betty Gabe and her husband Gilbert of TomsRiver and her grandchildren Jade T. Dalbo, Lindsey T. DeRosa and Emily P. Mangiavillano.
