Naomi Ruth (Utterback) English, 90 of Bloomington, passed away on Tuesday February 28, 2017 at IU Health Bloomington. Naomi was born February 4, 1927 in Bloomington and was the daughter of the late (Ezra Howard and Grace Ludora (Cramer) Utterback.
Naomi was a homemaker and had also worked as a Secretary for her husband James Edward English who was an Electrical Contractor. She attended Cornerstone Christian Fellowship and Westside Assembly of God, loved to crochet, make cakes, read, hand crafts, crossword puzzles and read the paper from beginning to end.
Survivors include three children, Don (Donna) English, Tom (Patricia) English, and Linda Sue Williams all of Bloomington, 11 grandchildren, Don Jr. “Bill” (Marcy) English, Timothy (Brandi) English, Sherry English, Heidi (Michael) Hoffmann, Joel (Crystal) English, Mark (Esther) English, Christal English, Amanda English, Levi Alexander (Misty) Williams, Aaron J. Williams, Hannah Michelle Williams, 3 step grandchildren, James (Jessica) Wilsey, Theresa (Mark) Bergantino, Debra Wilsey, 22 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, 10 step great grandchildren, and 8 step great great grandchildren.
Naomi was preceded in death by her parents, husband James Edward English (2011), son, Kenneth English (2003), and her brothers and sisters, Thelma Bastin, Wilbur Utterback, Mary English, Marvin Utterback and a half brother, Randolph Utterback.
