Nancye C Setser left us quietly on August 1, 2016. Nancye was born in Corbin, KY September 2, 1919. Nancye called Flagstaff home in 1948. She was involved with 4-H for over 20 years. She worked for Mountain Bell from 1973 until 1984. She was named Flagstaff citizen of the year in 1986. She was a long-time member of the Mountain View Baptist Church. She was an avid bowler and a member of the Eastgate Garden Club. She loved doing community service work.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 31 years Ralph Setser. She is survived by two daughters and their spouses Cindy and Bruce Felts of Flagstaff, and Sheryl and Derby Jones of Depoe Bay, OR. She had 5 grandchildren, Cynthia Stegar of Las Vegas, NV; Christy Speier of Boise Id, Misty and husband Chris Brown of Scottsdale, Michael, and wife Megan Felts of Flagstaff, and Jennifer and husband Tim Brown of Sun City. She had 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
