Nancy left this world suddenly on Saturday April 6th. She was 75 years old. Nancy was born Nancy Sarah Davis in Los Angeles, CA, and then married a Davis in 1959. When their daughter was born, many people thought she was an unwed mother. She didn’t try to educate them on that fallacy. That was Nancy. Always seeing the humor in situations and willing to let people think what they wanted.

She went to work for Baskin Robbins in California in the early 60’s as their Dessert Coordinator. She took boring square ice cream cakes to a whole new level. She once made a map of the United States with each of the states made from different flavors of ice cream, working in a freezer so it all didn’t melt.

She married Clifton Watts in 1987 and moved to Cocoa Beach. Their marriage was filled with cruises and traveling.

Nancy loved babies. She was nanny to a family, and those children, Sophia, Morgan and Olivia grew up with her in their lives. She went on to babysit two other babies, Horizon & Mackenzie, and started their lives off with a love of reading and hugging.

Nancy leaves 3 children: Michelle, Mike and Melissa, and 4 grandchildren: Sarah, Taylor, Mitch and Devin.

She will be greatly missed, but we know she is enjoying heaven with her mom, dad, and sisters Paula and Barbara; excitedly awaiting our arrival.
