Nancy Wacker, successful mother, musician, and vocal artist of Hoyleton, IL entered into rest Saturday 1/18/2020. Nancy was a loving wife and mother and also known as “NASCAR Nancy” for her love of NASCAR Racing. She dedicated her life to taking care of her vast family and proving that balance could be achieved between family and career. Nancy was the daughter of Floyd and Pauline Howard who preceded her in death. Nancy owned and operated Music Matrix.
Nancy wrote music and produced several Christian albums with the singing group New Faith which she was a part of during her lifetime. Nancy taught private music lessons to share her knowledge and love of music. Nancy was well known for her ability to play the piano and was also a proud drummer and baton twirler in high school.
Nancy is survived by her husband, James Wacker. Daughter Angenien Huffstutler, her husband Bill Huffstutler, their three children Josh Huffstutler, Thor Blumhorst, and Breanne Blumhorst. Two great-grandchildren Camdin Taylor (son of Breanne Blumhorst) and Natalie Huffstutler (daughter of Josh Huffstutler). Son Jamison Wacker, his wife Emmie Wacker, their two children Sadie and Jorden Wacker. Son Jon Wacker, his wife Rebecka Wacker, and their three children Jacob, Joseph, and Kortney Wacker. Daughter Christy Wacker and her husband Bill Funke. Daughter Angenette Segelhorst, huband Eric Segelhorst, and their four children Karlie Segelhorst, Tommy Segelhorst, Justice Altenbaumer, and Rose Segelhorst. Daughter Catherine Rummer, husband James Rummer, and their two children Alexis and Alex Rummer. Also, her cats and dog Bently.
