Nancy Vincent, 52, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at her home after a courageous battle against cancer. She was born November 29, 1966 in Weiden Germany, daughter of Robert Olson and Ernestine (Schnurer) Olson. She married Jon Vincent on October 20, 1984 and he survives in Irvington.
In addition to her husband of 34 years, Jon Vincent of Irvington, she is also survived by three children: Sean Vincent and wife Amy of Seabeck, WA, Kristina Brand and husband Joe of Irvington, and Megan Urshan and husband Jon of Centralia; three grandchildren: David Brand, Annie Brand and Sutton Urshan is on the way; two sisters: Audrey Schlesinger and husband Kare of Germany and Casandra Schmoll and husband Terry of Bishop Hill, IL; a brother: Mike Olson and wife Donna of Waterloo; mother and father-in-law: Allen Joe Vincent and Anne of Cambridge; 2 sisters-in-law: Julie Carlson and husband Mark of Cambridge and Joni Vincent of Cambridge; several nieces and nephews, as well as many special friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother-in-law: Jeff Vincent. Nancy worked at BCMW Head Start in Centralia for 5 plus years. She was an avid reader. She also enjoyed gardening and hummingbird watching. Her greatest enjoyment was family movie nights and spending time with her family and friends.
