Nancy L.E. Study, 86, of Westminster, died Thursday, October 13, 2022, at her residence. Born December 26, 1935 in Westminster, she was the daughter of the late Freda (Reese) Leese and William R. Leese. She was the beloved wife of the late Clair William Study.
Before retiring she worked in the cafeteria at Charles Carroll Elementary School. She was a former member of St. John Catholic Church and enjoyed country music.
She is survived by children Wanda Weller of Silver Run and Diane Kuhn and husband George of Hanover, PA; daughter-in-law Wendy Study of Mt. Airy; sisters-in-law Ruby Leese of Westminster; Nadine Durham of Canonsburg, PA; grandchildren Sabrina Hodge and husband Bryant, Eric Weller and wife Kelly, Matthew Study and wife Tara, Mindy Astacio and husband Daniel, Holly Rhodes and Kody Kuhn; great-grandchildren, Madison, Christian, Hayden, Cortlynd, Brady, Joie, Delani, Damin, Abigail, and Kelsey. She is also survived by one niece and three nephews.
She was predeceased by a son Richard Study, brother William Leese, sister Kathryn Reiker, son-in-law Abram Weller and granddaughter Nicole Wolf.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
