Nancy Rita passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 29, 2012. She was born on September 2, 1913 in New York City, the daughter of the late Louis and Angelina Cedrone. In 1939 she married her beloved husband, Patrick Rita, and enjoyed 64 wonderful years of marriage. Her husband predeceased her in 2003. Nancy is survived by her two daughters, Elaine Rita of East Windsor, NJ and Patricia Rita-Woodman (husband, Alton) of White Plains, New York. She will be greatly missed by her 3 loving granddaughters: Christine Rogerson (husband John), Nancy Wohlleb, (husband, Christopher) and Xania Woodman. In her most recent years, her greatest joy was her 2 great-grandsons, Jerry and Jake. Everyone who knew her will miss her kindness, compassion and zest for living. Her greatest joy in life was caring for her family. Calling hours will be Wed.
