WINSTED –CASEY – Nancy L. (Joyner) Casey, 86, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 after a brief illness. Born August 17, 1935 in Winsted; the daughter of the late Arthur and Catherine (Arthur) Joyner. She was a life long resident of Winsted and employed by Union Pin Co., for over 25 years. Nancy enjoyed country music, crocheting and spending quality time with her family and friends. She leaves behind two daughters, Donna Monroe of Torrington and Deborah Casey of NC; four sons, Ernest Casey, Jr., of Winsted, Frederick Casey of NC, Brian Casey and wife Anita of Winsted and James Fendley of Torrington; her partner and companion of 12 years, Douglas Allen of Winsted; a brother, Eugene Joyner of Broad Brook; as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and extended family. She was predeceased by her husband of 40 + years, Ernest Casey, Sr., and two sons, Ronnie Fendley and Robert “Bobby” Casey.
