Nancy Karr Mittendorf, 81, of Greensboro, GA died Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Athens, Georgia. She was born June 20, 1940, in Portsmouth, Ohio the daughter of the late Owen W. Karr and Madelyn Doerr Karr. After graduating from Portsmouth High School, Nancy attended Ohio State University, where she was a member of Chi Omega Sorority. She married Richard Mittendorf on September 24, 1960.
In addition to her husband Richard “Dick” Mittendorf of Greensboro, GA, she is survived by her brothers, Paul Karr and wife Melony of Portsmouth, Ohio and Doug Karr and wife Linda of Midvale, Ohio.
