Nancy Dunn Kendrick, age 82, went to be with the Lord on October 19, 2022. Services will be held Monday, October 24, 2022 at 10:00 am at Dossman Funeral home in Belton, TX.
Nancy was born on June 26, 1940, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Virgil (Bill) Dunn and Stella Carter Dunn.
Nancy moved to Texas in 1979, where she was a realtor, and a member of the Texas Board of Real Estate for 40 years. She made many lifelong friends through this field, which was her passion. She also enjoyed traveling, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Virgil Dunn and Stella Carter, a brother, Virgil Dunn, Jr., a grandson, Kameron Daugherty, and a brother-in-law, Pete Radford.
She is survived by her son, Rick Kendrick, of Temple TX, her daughter and son-in-law, Debbie Wooley and Wesley Wooley, of Temple, TX, her daughter and son-in-law, Kelli Sanchez and Al Sanchez, of Azle, TX, 5 grandchildren, Justin Byrd, and his wife, Lindsay Byrd, Jason Byrd, and his wife, Abbie Byrd, Cedar Wooley, Heather McLean, and her husband, Kolby McLean, and Rebecca Burk, and her husband Mason Burk, 14 great grandchildren, and 3 great, great grandchildren, a sister, Martha Radford, of Weleetka, OK, 4 nieces, and many cousins.
Nancy fought a 22-year battle with cancer, and the adversities of what this disease and its treatments can incur. She knew her best life would begin once she was released from this one, so She has asked to be celebrated, not mourned.
