Nancy E. (Teal) Trickett, 84, passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Kaplan Family Hospice House after a brief illness on February 13. She was born August 7, 1934, in Chelsea, MA, the daughter of the late Emerson and Effie (Baggs) Teal. Nancy graduated from Everett Vocational High School. She then went on to marry the late Henry B. Trickett and settled in Everett, later moving to Plum Island and then Danvers. Her life was taking care of her family, and she loved cooking and feeding everyone who came through her door. She was very giving and compassionate and loved by all. She is survived by two loving children; her son, Carl, and his wife, Karen, and daughter, Nancy Rogers, and her husband, Steve. She had four grandchildren; Evan Trickett and his wife, Michelle, Kristen (Trickett) Corriveau and her husband, Jason, Christopher Rogers and his wife, Bernadette, and Stephanie (Rogers) Barry and her husband, Christopher. She had nine great-grandchildren. Later in life, she went to the Senior Center in Danvers and enjoyed hot dog night, Bingo, dinners catered by Henry’s, and socializing with friends she made there. Most recently she lived in Wellspring Village at Brightview in Danvers, where the staff loved her and went above and beyond what we could have expected. She was predeceased by her sisters, Eileen Hamm and Susanne Cooper, and her brothers, Walter, Emerson and Douglas Teal. Her surviving siblings are Beverly Makranin, Ada Roberts and her husband, Rex, and James Teal and his wife, Dawn. She also left many nieces and nephews.
