Nancy Carol Bowling Hilton, of Graham passed away at Alamance Regional Medical Center on Thursday, May 11, 2023.
Mrs. Hilton was born and raised in Alamance County, NC. She was the wife of the late William Henry Hilton. and the daughter of Paul Melvin Bowling, Sr. and Margaret Viola Rhew Anderson, both deceased.
She is survived by her sons Gary Franklin Crutchfield, Curtis Lee Crutchfield an Christopher Lee Crutchfield and wife Cristina Crutchfield, step daughters, Denise Hilton Peacock, grandsons Keith, Kyle, Austin, Michael, Christopher, Christian and Cameron Crutchfield, granddaughters Dulce and Cassidy Peacock and nine great grandchildren, sisters Sharon Phillips and Linda B. Love, brothers Dale Rhew, and Larry Rhew. She was preceded in death by one brother Melvin Rhew.
Nancy was a member of Rock Creek United Methodist Church. She loved her family she took great pride in her children and her late husband Bill. She loved to take drives around exploring all the different parts of the county and trips to the beach. In the spring she loved to watch her snowball bushes bloom and work in the yard. She kept a clean house and always had time to worry about her family and friends. She was a true southern cook some of the favorite request were fried squash and homemade ice cream.
