Nancy Arlene Tenney, 76, of Finksburg, died Wednesday night, October 28, 2015, at the Dove House in Westminster.
Born in Carroll County, she was the daughter of the late Charles Dell and Mabel A. Close, Dell-Shaffer and her late step-father Edgar “Jim” Shaffer (raised by him).
She was a life member of the Woman of the Moose Chapter 897, Auxiliary to the VFW Post in Westminster and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles (Arie 2226) Littlestown, PA. She also retired as a Sales Represenative of Alcan Metal Goods.
Surviving are longtime companion M. Frank Baile of Finksburg, daughter Denise R. Seigman of New Oxford, PA, grandchildren Ashley N. and Patrick L. Seigman of New Oxford, PA.; sisters Joyce Davis of Davenport, FL, and Delores Palmer of Westminster.
