Nellie Ann Brown Emory, age 71, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 16, 2021, at her daughter’s home in Carrollton, GA. She was born on October 14, 1950, to the late Cecil Rudolph Brown and Willie Reeves Brown. Along with her parents, Ann is preceded in death by her husband, Roy T. Emory, sister, Vickie Thompson, son, Billy Emory and siblings, Kenneth Brown, James “Buddy” Brown, Shirley Thurman and Mary Ann Veal. She is survived by her children, Jennifer Fisher and her husband Gordon, Janet Torres and her husband Oscar, Donnie Emory and his wife Bobbie, Marie Seals and her husband Ralph and Brenda Gosdin. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jessica Duncan (Steven), Chad Dutton (Gerry Stanek), Matt Dutton (Rachel), Kelsey Freeman, Krystle Mitchell (Miles), Abby Fisher, Misty Alford and family, Jessica Gasaway and family, Zack Seals, Jakes Seals, Justin Gosdin and family, and Felicia Johnson and family. Great grandchildren include, Tristen Duncan, Bentley Duncan, Isabella Duncan, Lara Mitchell, Axton Fisher, Elijah Weimorts, Avery Dutton, niece, Christy Tucker, and nephew, David Calhoun.
