Myrtle Waters Myrtle Ross Elliott Waters, 75, of Ringgold, passed away Monday, November 28, 2005 at home. She was affectionately known as “Nanny.” Her children; Joyce Ann Waters and Carl Emmitt Waters and her parents; George and Maude Elliott preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Mardie Luebke, Acworth, Georgia; sons, Cliff Waters, Ocean Springs, Mississippi, Wayne Waters, Cookeville; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy Worthington, Chattanooga, Maxine MacLean, Chattanooga, Rachel Autry, Dunlap; brothers, Dennis Elliott, Randall Elliott, both of Jasper and many nieces and nephews.
