She was born December 5, 1926, in Ripley, West Virginia, the daughter of James and Oshel (Casto) Whited.
Myrtle enjoyed being a homemaker. She loved gardening, sewing, crafting, and cooking.
Myrtle was preceded in death by her parents; siblings Delbert, Ruby Rardon, Ruth McCallister, Herbert, Mary Hunter, Goldie Starcher, and Dane; and her loving husband Darrell who passed away in 1998.
