…. A native of New Orleans, LA, Myrtle had various occupations such as banker, and secretary for large industries. Later in life she was called to live in Picayune, MS where she was very involved with her family and a member of Roseland Park Baptist Church. She was a dedicated follower of Christ devoting her time working in the church caring for the needs of others. Myrtle always put others first, being that ear to listen and gave the best hugs.. Left to cherish her memory are her loving and devoted husband of 42 years, Travis Baucum; her children Donna Seal Borchert, James (Jimmy) Nelson Seal Jr. (Husband to Jennie Miele Seal), John Curtis Baucum (Husband to Kelly O’Mara Baucum) and Angela Baucum Chambliss (Wife to Louis Chambliss); her grandchildren, Jacob Ryan Seal, Jourdan Seal Stuart (Wife to Ben Stuart), Courtney Borchert, Gage Borchert, Diana Chambliss, Launa Chambliss, James Seal and Wyatt Baucum; her great grandchildren, Adaleigh Ferguson, Jackson Seal, Charleigh Stuart, and Piper Stuart; and several nieces and nephews.
